New integration with Worldline SoftPOS!
Hotelizer now supports full integration with Worldline SoftPOS, offering a modern and flexible way to accept payments directly through the PMS.
The integration is designed to ensure maximum reliability and speed in transaction processing, enabling seamless communication between Hotelizer and the payment platform.
SoftPOS transforms standard Android smartphones or tablets into payment terminals, providing significant flexibility for hotel teams. Payments can now be processed easily at reception, in the restaurant, by the pool, or even during in-room check-out.
With this new integration, hotels benefit from:
• Instant transaction registration in the PMS and/or POS system
• Simplified payment processes
• Increased staff mobility
• Reduced need for additional POS equipment
Smart Locks: Easy access, contactless experience, full control.
Contactless service is now a key expectation for many guests. Hotelizer now integrates with major Smart Lock ecosystems (Nuki, TTLock, Omnitech, Radefy & ZKBioSecurity), allowing you to generate and send digital keys directly through your PMS.
With hotelizer PMS, you can create access codes in the following three ways:
- Manually through each room reservation (create, edit, or delete codes).
- Automatically, a set number of days before arrival, sent via automated pre-arrival email.
- Upon guest arrival.
Note: Codes are not generated through Online Check-in.
If a code has already been generated and the reservation room changes, the same code is retained for guest convenience.
The code remains valid throughout the stay (from check-in to check-out) and grants access to both the room and shared or external entrances. With support for multiple locks per room via Nuki and TTLock, even greater flexibility and control are ensured. In case of cancellation or deletion of the reservation, the code is automatically deactivated.
Activation process:
The activation process is simple and handled by the property in collaboration with the Hotelizer support team:
✔ Purchase and install the smart lock on the door.
✔ Configure it via the official mobile app of the provider.
✔ Inform the support team with the lock ID and room number mapping.
✔ Integration with Hotelizer is completed and ready to use.
Important notes
• Locks must include a keypad (e.g., Nuki offers an external keypad).
• Wi-Fi connection or alternatively a bridge/gateway is required.
• Code creation for other roles (e.g., housekeeping) is handled via each Smart Lock platform’s app, independently of the PMS.
The integration includes a one-time setup fee and an annual subscription (integration fee).
