Charge cards directly from your PMS!

What are PMS Initiated Payments?

This feature allows you to send payment links or charge cards directly from hotelizer fully linked to each booking.
Once a guest completes their payment, the system automatically updates the related reservation, no manual entry required.

How it works in practice:

  • You can send a payment link to your guest directly from hotelizer. Once it’s paid, the payment is automatically recorded in the reservation.
  • You can also charge cards instantly for new bookings coming through your website, Booking.com, Expedia, and other connected channels without needing to log into your POS or bank portal.

Charge card

  • All transactions are updated in real time, fully logged in the system.

What problems does it solve?

Before this feature:
✔ You had to send a payment link from your bank or provider’s platform.
✔ Then manually record the payment in hotelizer.

That meant double work, higher error risk, and more time per booking.
Now, with automatic updates, everything is streamlined.

Key Benefits:

  • Save time: No more repetitive manual tasks.
  • Zero errors: Payments automatically link to reservations.
  • Security: All transactions occur via certified payment partners.
  • Better guest experience: Fast, transparent, and hassle-free payments.

In summary

The PMS-Initiated Payments feature is one of the most practical steps toward your property’s digital transformation.
It eliminates manual processes, reduces errors, and gives you more time to focus on what truly matters your guests’ experience.

If you haven’t activated it yet, now’s the perfect time!
