Your guest’s experience begins before they even arrive. With Online Check-in, guests can pre-fill all necessary information typically requested at the reception, directly from their phone or laptop. This streamlines the arrival process and minimizes waiting time at check-in.

Smart Locks: Seamless access, contactless experience, full control.

Contactless service is now a key expectation for many guests. Hotelizer PMS is fully integrated with leading Smart Lock ecosystems (Nuki, TTLock, Omnitec & Radefy), allowing you to create and send digital keys directly from your PMS.

You can generate access codes in 3 ways:

  1. Manually through each room’s reservation — with options to create, update or delete a code.
  2. Automatically a few days prior to arrival, with automated pre-arrival emails.
  3. On arrival, in case online check-in was not completed.

Note: Codes are not generated during online check-in.

If a guest’s room is changed after a code has been generated, the code remains valid for the new room, ensuring a smooth experience.

Each code is valid for the entire stay (from check-in to check-out) and grants access to both the room and the property’s main entrance. If the reservation is cancelled or deleted, the code is automatically deactivated.

Easy activation process:

  • Purchase and install the smart lock on the door.
  • Configure it via the official app of the selected Smart Lock provider.
  • Inform our support team with the lock ID and room number pairing.
  • The integration with your PMS is completed and ready to use!

What to know:

  • Locks must have a keypad (e.g., Nuki provides an external keypad).
  • Wi-Fi connection is required (or via bridge/gateway).
  • Codes for roles such as housekeeping are managed separately via the Smart Lock app.
  • Integration involves a one-time setup fee and an annual subscription.
