Smarter bookings management
The booking entry process in loggia has been upgraded. By selecting dates and number of guests, all available properties are now displayed automatically.
What's new:
- Start by selecting the dates and number of guests
- All available properties appear automatically
- No need to select the property first
- Pricing is suggested based on the active rate plan
- The system only proposes available dates (it prevents conflicts if the date is already booked)
- Many fields are pre-filled, reducing time and errors

Guest Area: More effective information & instant communication
With the new Guest Area features, you can communicate directly with your guests and provide them with a personalized hospitality experience.

Direct communication with your guests via WhatsApp Business — at no extra cost.
Chat with your guests before, during, and after their stay, right from the Guest Area.
📌 From the Guest Area settings, you can activate the WhatsApp widget and add your contact number.
Guest Area: Offer experiences & extra services
You can now showcase and promote local experiences and additional services through the Guest Area, such as excursions, car rentals, private chefs, and more.
Guests see tailored suggestions that match their stay and can instantly book them — either before or during their stay at your property.

On the Books: Business Mix

On the Books: New data tracking options
Until now, the On the Books table displayed only the total amounts before any deductions for discounts or commissions. Now, you can choose how your financial data is displayed, based on your needs and strategy:
Gross amounts: Total revenue as displayed, without deducting commissions.
Net amounts: Revenue after deducting commissions, giving you a clear picture of your actual earnings.
As is: The amount sent by the channel, based on your agreement and business model.
These new features let you better understand your sales dynamics, compare performance across channels, and identify opportunities to increase profits with greater accuracy.
