New Communication Tool: Communicator

Loggia as an Affiliate Member of STAMA

Loggia has joined the Association of Short-Term Rental Companies (STAMA Greece) as an affiliate member.
STAMA is the only institutional body in Greece representing the short-term rental sector and is a member of the European Holiday Home Association (EHHA) , based in Brussels.
Today, STAMA represents more than 8,500 property owners and over 270 property management companies, with presence in 84 regions across Greece. Its mission is to provide institutional representation for short-term rental management companies at both national and international levels.
Through its collaboration with STAMA, Loggia stays closely connected to the challenges, needs, and regulatory developments of the market.
