1. Offers & Payment Links – Instant and secure payments with one click

Create personalized accommodation offers directly within hotelizer and send them to your guests via email. Each offer includes a payment link, enabling the guest to complete their payment instantly in the bank’s secure environment. This ensures automatic reservation confirmation in the PMS without additional steps.

Hotelizer supports transactions through leading banks and payment providers, ensuring security and reliability in every payment.

2. Charge cards directly from the PMS

With hotelizer, you can charge cards directly that were stored through your booking engine or OTA channels (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.).

• Card charges from your booking engine are free.
• Card charges from OTA channels require the activation of roompay connect

The system allows you to view daily which cards need to be charged based on each reservation’s policy, ensuring a smooth payment flow. Additionally, you can assign card charging permissions to specific PMS users, maintaining full control and security over transactions.

3. On-site card payments via EFT-POS

Hotelizer integrates with leading EFT-POS providers (CardLink | Worldline, ePay - EURONET, Nexi, Mellon, myPOS, VIVA, EDPS, INSS, G.A.P. VASSILOPOULOS GROUP), allowing you to charge customer cards in person, e.g., during Check-in or Check-out.

Important Note: The POS integration at the reception has already been implemented, however, it is not yet mandatory. Additionally, it requires an electronic invoicing provider (e.g., Impact/Softone, Entersoft, Epsilon Digital).

Submission of Short-Term Rental declarations to AADE

According to current legislation, property owners renting out their properties through short-term leases are required to register each rental in the AADE Short-Term Accommodation Property Registry. This includes submitting a Short-Term Rental Declaration for each lease, with a submission deadline of the 20th of the following month after the tenant's departure.

According to the law, this obligation falls on the lessor, without requiring it to be carried out through a PMS. However, to facilitate our customers, hotelizer PMS offers the option to directly submit declarations to AADE, making the process easier and faster. The user selects which rentals to submit, and the system automatically sends the required data to AADE, eliminating the need for manual entry. This ensures compliance with tax obligations while reducing errors and saving valuable time.

Electronic invoicing for public entities – hotelizer B2G Invoicing

If your hotel or accommodation works with public entities such as municipalities, regional authorities, hospitals, universities, etc., invoices must be submitted electronically via an e-invoicing provider of your choice. Law 52445/2023 makes electronic invoicing mandatory for all transactions with public institutions.
