Logging in to hotelizer now comes with additional layers of protection, with new security features that can be enabled optionally, depending on your business needs.

New Device Verification via Email & SMS
When a login attempt is detected from an unrecognized device, an additional verification step via SMS is required. (Optional feature)

2FA with an Authenticator App
An additional layer of protection at every login, using an Authenticator app. (Optional feature)

Temporary or Permanent Lockout
The account is automatically locked after multiple consecutive failed login attempts, providing an additional level of protection against unauthorized access.

Stronger Passwords
New password requirements help ensure stronger, more secure passwords, with user guidance during password creation or changes.

Security policies tailored to your team

You can now apply specific security policies to individual users, choosing the level of protection that best fits your business needs.

Available options include mandatory password changes, periodic password renewal, device verification via SMS, 2FA through an Authenticator app, and strong password requirements.

Greater visibility into user activity

With User Access Logs, you now have a complete overview of user activity, from successful and failed login attempts, lockouts, and password changes to suspicious activity and other security events.

This enhanced visibility helps you monitor access more effectively and maintain greater control over your hotelizer environment.

Device and Session Management

Gain greater control over the devices used to access hotelizer. For each device, you can view key information such as the operating system, browser, IP address, and location, and easily manage access:

Revoke: immediately sign out a device.
Blacklist: permanently block a device from accessing hotelizer.
Unblock: restore access to a previously blocked device.

At the same time, Sign Out immediately terminates the active session, providing an additional layer of security for your hotelizer access.
